Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Services. These Terms of Service (collectively, with Privado’s Privacy Policy, located at www.privado.ai/privacy-policy) apply to all users of the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity,organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms of Service and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of such organization.Buying or using Privado’s products or services implies that the user/customer has both read and accepted these Terms of Service.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, OR DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT OR THE PRIVACY POLICY REFERENCED HEREIN, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE SITE AND YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (OR IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 13 AND 17 YEARS OLD, INCLUSIVE,THAT YOU ARE USING THE SITE, SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE ONLY WITH THE APPROVAL OF YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN), THAT YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

The Service

Privado allows you to auto-block Cookies and other tracking technologies until your users give consent, to create a preference center where your users can consent to different purposes separately, to create Geo-Targeted Banners, website styled Banners, perform Automatic Monthly Scans and various other services. Privado is only the service provider and it is your own responsibility to ensure correct settings and implementation of our services.

Membership subscriptions

If you have registered to use certain Services and/or Software on a trial basis, then you may use such Services and Software only for non-commercial evaluation purposes during the applicable trial period. Your access to or use of the Services and/or Software shall be contingent upon your payment of all applicable fees as described on our Pricing Page (https://privado.ai/pricing) at the time.

Purchasing a membership will give you access to additional Cookie-Script functionality and premium support. All functionality you get is described on Pricing Page (https://privado.ai/pricing). By purchasing a premium membership (‘Pro’ or‘Business’), you agree that: There is no warranty or in any other way any form of liability on the side of Privado. We reserve the right to offer discounts or permanent price changes at any moment, without prior notice.

Payment

Payments may be completed through third-party services such as Stripe or 2Checkout payment systems. We do not store or share any personal or financial information associated with a payment. If the Paid Membership period is limited, a periodic payment may be automatically created in the payment system of your choice to extend your membership when the initial membership period is over.

You can cancel this automatic periodic payment directly through this system. The exact price to be charged is calculated automatically using prices from the Pricing Page and provided in your billing information. The final charge, including all taxes, will be displayed before the order is made.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period, subject to applicable law, and you may use the Services until your cancellation is effective (unless your access is suspended or terminated as set forth below). Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for your next subscription period.

Except as may be expressly set forth herein, all Fees paid or accrued in connection with any Services are non-refundable, and Privado will not prorate any Fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.

Termination

We may deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that Privado determines, in its sole discretion, violate this Agreement or the rights of Privado or any third party, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Either Privado or you may terminate this Agreement by notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice of the breach from the non-defaulting party. In addition, Privado may suspend the Services upon notice if you fail to make any payment when due and fail to cure such breach within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of the breach from Privado. Any such suspension or termination shall be without limitation of any other right or remedy available to the terminating party.

Upon termination of your account(s) for any reason, your right to use the Services and to access the Site and any of its content will immediately cease and all content in your account(s) will be deleted. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Disclaimer

While Privado makes every effort to ensure that the content of this website is accurate, the website is provided 'as is' and Privado makes no representations or warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of the information found on it. While the content of privado.ai is provided with the utmost care and attention, we do not warrant that the information will always be up to date, be true and not misleading, or that this site will always (or ever) be available for use. This also includes any legal information related to cookie usage on websites. We do not warrant that the servers that make this website available will be error, virus or bug free and you accept that it is your responsibility to make adequate provision for protection against such threats.

Privado will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of using our services, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way copyrighted material, trademarks, rights of publicity or other proprietary rights without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. We may deny access to the Services to any User who is alleged to infringe another party's copyright. Beta Services

We may, from time to time, offer access to services that are classified as Beta version. Access to and use of Beta versions may be subject to additional agreements. Privado makes no representations that a Beta version will ever be made generally available and reserves the right to discontinue or modify a Beta version at any time without notice. Beta versions are provided AS IS, may contain bugs, errors or other defects, and Your use of a Beta version is at Your sole risk.
